Corporate Endpoint Systems Engineer
This individual will be part of a group of systems professionals responsible for Endpoint Engineering across A&F’s global footprint. The Enterprise Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for design, implementation, and support of our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Windows, and Mac endpoint environments. Design and manage VDI infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Install, configure, and maintain endpoint client mgt. consoles; Jamf, SCCM, InTune. Configure and manage monitoring tools such as Statusphere, and Splunk to identify problems across the environment. Plan and document multi-step complex changes and develop disaster recovery procedures.
3+ years of VMware VDI administration including Horizon View, App Volumes, persona management and vCenter server provisioning
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, and logging
3+ years experience supporting client OS build standards and documentation
4+ years experience with Windows Endpoint Management systems – SCCM & InTune
Experience with LiquidWare Labs Profile Unity
Time Management
