- Lead the Search Services team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge search technology for Abercrombie & Fitch.
- Foster a dynamic and innovative work environment for the team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of search algorithms and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Drive impactful results for customers through the development and optimization of search technology.
- Manage the team's resources and budget effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and data analytics, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the team.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the team's progress and make strategic recommendations for the future of search technology at Abercrombie & Fitch.
- Ensure the team follows development best practices and maintains high standards of code quality and system reliability.
- Embody the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Leadership Role Within A Search Services Team.
Strong Understanding Of Search Engine Algorithms And Experience With Implementing Search Features And Optimization Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
