3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and effectively fill open positions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
5. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach and engage with potential candidates.
6. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
7. Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for all new hires.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies.
9. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other organizations to attract top student talent.
10. Contribute to the overall success of the Distribution Center by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas and insights.
