- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval.
- Escort passengers to their designated boarding gates and assist with any special needs.
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor flight schedules and inform passengers of any delays or changes.
- Coordinate with airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
- Provide directions and information about airport amenities, such as restaurants and shops.
- Assist with boarding and disembarking processes, including helping passengers with luggage.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude towards all passengers.
- Keep track of lost and found items and assist passengers in retrieving their belongings.
