  1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities under ABM Industries.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for facility management.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, regulations, and standards.
  4. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs, renovations, and other facility projects.

  8. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties regarding facility-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Facilities Management Or Related Field: A Qualified Facilities Coordinator At Abm Industries Should Have A Strong Background In Facilities Management Or A Related Field. This Could Include Previous Work Experience In Building Maintenance, Construction, Or Project Management.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: In Order To Ensure Compliance With Local, State, And Federal Regulations, A Facilities Coordinator At Abm Industries Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Building Codes And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Standards, Environmental Regulations, And Building Permits.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Facilities Coordinator, One Will Be Responsible For Communicating With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Building Tenants, Contractors, And Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously: The Facilities Coordinator Position At Abm Industries Requires The Ability To Juggle Multiple Projects And Tasks At Once. This Includes Prioritizing Tasks, Managing Timelines, And Coordinating With Various Teams To Ensure Efficient And Timely Completion Of Projects.
