Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Facility Inspector At Abm Industries Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance During Inspections.
Experience In Facility Maintenance: This Role Requires Hands-On Experience In Facility Maintenance And Repairs To Accurately Assess The Condition Of A Building And Identify Potential Issues.
