  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of our fleet operations.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet maintenance, including scheduling, repairs, and inventory.
  3. Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for our fleet.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of fleet technicians and support staff.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate transportation needs and optimize fleet utilization.
  8. Create and maintain fleet policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  9. Monitor and control fleet expenses, including fuel costs, maintenance, and repairs.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Stay informed about industry innovations and best practices to continuously improve fleet operations.
  12. Handle any fleet-related emergencies or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on fleet performance and any areas of concern.
  14. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of fleet vehicles.
  15. Ensure all fleet vehicles are properly licensed and registered.
  16. Train and educate employees on safe and proper use of fleet vehicles.
  17. Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet department.
  18. Manage and track fleet budget and expenses.
  19. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new fleet department employees.
  20. Other duties as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Operation.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Transportation Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Drivers, Mechanics, And Support Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Efficiently Manage Budgets And Meet Performance Targets.
