- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all company vehicles.
- Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for fleet operations.
- Manage a team of drivers, mechanics, and other fleet personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve team performance.

- Develop and maintain a budget for fleet operations and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide top-quality service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fleet management strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on fleet operations and performance.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Management, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Transportation Regulations, Safety Standards, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Drivers And Technicians.
Proficiency In Fleet Management Software And Systems, As Well As Experience In Budgeting And Cost Control.
