- Maintain and upkeep outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and walkways, to ensure they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Perform regular tasks such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and planting to maintain the overall appearance of the property.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns with the property, such as damaged plants or equipment, to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and proper procedures for handling equipment and chemicals.
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Display a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and visitors.
- Take initiative to address any potential hazards or maintenance needs on the property.
- Assist with special projects or events as needed, such as seasonal decorations or setting up for outdoor gatherings.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies, and communicate any needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the appearance of the property.
- Represent the company in a positive manner and promote its reputation for excellence.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store equipment and tools.

Knowledge Of Landscaping Techniques And Equipment: A Qualified Groundskeeper At Abm Industries Should Have A Good Understanding Of Landscaping Techniques And Be Familiar With Operating And Maintaining Various Types Of Equipment Such As Lawn Mowers, Weed Eaters, And Leaf Blowers.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: Groundskeeping Is A Physically Demanding Job That Requires Individuals To Work Outdoors In All Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Possess The Physical Fitness And Stamina Necessary To Perform Tasks Such As Lifting Heavy Objects, Digging, And Walking For Extended Periods.
