Stationary Engineer
This position is also responsible for maintaining and testing electrical and power systems and will assist with planned repair and replacement projects as assigned. Maintains, operates, and repairs HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, related plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned building(s). Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Reviews historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing and preventive maintenance schedule. Operation, maintenance, installation, replacement, and repair of all types of electrical motors and engines used to power pumps, compressors, and fans.
3-5 years of related work in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical and power production systems required
DATA center and critical environment experience highly preferred
UPS, ATS, and Generator experience preferred
Basic building automation system knowledge.
