Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible & friendly Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Answer a large volume of customer calls per day. Provide excellent customer service in store, over the phone & online. Schedule orders for delivery & pick up. Maintain professional communication with customers & coworkers.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail

  • One weekend day required for work

  • Bi-lingual a plus

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
