- Lead and manage large-scale capital projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress and changes to key stakeholders.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal resources to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to project sponsors and leadership.
- Coach and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency and value for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management to continuously improve project delivery.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably With A Focus On Large Capital Projects.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Waterfall.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Staying Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
