- Negotiate and review contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Advise on legal matters related to contract formation, interpretation, and termination.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams within the company to ensure contracts are aligned with company objectives and strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks in contracts.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to contracts and provide guidance to the legal team.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related matters.
- Identify and resolve any contract-related disputes or issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
- Work closely with the legal team to develop and implement contract templates and processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with clients and internal teams to support the success of contracts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance contract management processes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance with legal requirements.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Legal Counsel Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Experience In Drafting, Reviewing, And Negotiating Complex Contracts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Contracts And Deliverables Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Industry-Specific Regulatory And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr Or Hipaa, And Experience In Managing Compliance Within Contracts.
