Job Description

Leads the Journey to Intelligent Operations Including development of the Transformation Roadmap with Delivery & Client. Drives quality improvements across projects and processes. Develops and supports advanced analytics Designs and oversees data collection plans. Independently supports DMAIC, DFSS. Develops other members of Operational Excellence team. Instructs and educates delivery leads and account management personnel. Helps design training curriculums.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience i.e. leading projects from start to finish

  • A minimum of 1 year of client facing experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt or higher

  • Basic level of Minitab, SPC or SPSS
