Job Description

Accenture is a leading professional services company providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. We are currently seeking an Epic Ambulatory Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in Epic Ambulatory implementations, a working knowledge of workflow optimization and experience utilizing Epic tools and applications. The Epic Ambulatory Consultant must have strong organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for healthcare technology and are looking for an opportunity to make an impact, then this position may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Epic Ambulatory solutions to improve healthcare workflow and operations.
  2. Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to optimize the use of Epic Ambulatory applications.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful implementation of Epic Ambulatory solutions.
  4. Provide guidance and support to users on the use of Epic Ambulatory tools and applications.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot Epic Ambulatory applications for any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Develop and implement training programs and materials to ensure optimal use of Epic Ambulatory tools and applications.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
