  1. Oversee and manage financial operations of various funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  2. Utilize strong understanding of fund accounting principles and practices to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of fund activity.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to fund accounting team, setting clear expectations and goals, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Monitor and analyze fund performance and financial data, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of fund activity.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fund accounting, incorporating new techniques and technologies to optimize processes.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and external stakeholders.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new fund accounting policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the growth and success of the organization.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  12. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive financial information.
  13. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal controls related to fund accounting.

Job Qualifications
