- Oversee all tax-related activities across multiple geographic regions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and other key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to tax regulations and communicate any updates or implications to the team.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure tax strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Review and analyze tax data, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline tax reporting and compliance.
- Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to address any tax-related questions or concerns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tax projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor team members on tax regulations and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tax information.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on tax compliance and performance.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations.
Experience With Geographic Tax Accounting, Including International Tax Planning And Compliance.
