  1. Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of Guidewire cloud migration projects for clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements and develop customized cloud migration strategies.
  3. Provide guidance and expertise in best practices for cloud migration, including scalability, security, and cost optimization.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  5. Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress and risks to project stakeholders.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the migration process.
  8. Train and mentor team members on Guidewire cloud migration processes and techniques.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the cloud migration methodology and tools used by the company.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new client opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the company's cloud migration capabilities.
  13. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful and long-term partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Guidewire Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Guidewire Software, Including Policycenter, Claimcenter, And Billingcenter.

  • Cloud Migration Experience: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Migrating On-Premise Guidewire Applications To The Cloud, Preferably On Amazon Web Services (Aws) Or Microsoft Azure.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Java, Xml, And Web Services, As Well As Experience With Databases Such As Oracle Or Sql Server.

  • Architecture And Design Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Architecture And Design Principles And Be Able To Provide Effective Solutions For Complex Guidewire Implementations.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Guidewire Cloud Migration Architect Involves Working Closely With Clients, Project Managers, And Developers. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Be A Team Player, And Have Experience In Leading Teams.
