- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of technology and innovation solutions for clients.
- Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and provide strategic recommendations for risk management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to technology and innovation, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the drafting, negotiation, and review of legal agreements and contracts.
- Analyze and assess potential legal risks in business processes and operations, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their legal needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters related to technology and innovation.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to support client projects and address legal issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the legal function.
Bachelor's Degree In Law Or A Related Field, Such As Legal Studies Or Paralegal Studies.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Legal Setting, Such As A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.
Strong Understanding Of Legal Principles And Procedures, Including Contract Review And Analysis, Legal Research, And Document Management.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Legal Software And Technology, Including Document Management Systems, E-Discovery Tools, And Case Management Software.
