We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Cadence Senior Kofax TotalAgility Imaging Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Kofax TotalAgility imaging system for our mortgage clients using the Mortgage Cadence product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, along with extensive knowledge of Kofax TotalAgility and the Mortgage Cadence platform.   1. Manage and optimize the Kofax TotalAgility imaging system for mortgage clients using the Mortgage Cadence product suite.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of Kofax TotalAgility and the Mortgage Cadence platform to ensure efficient and effective use of the system.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions for their mortgage lending processes.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mortgage lending technology to continuously improve the Kofax TotalAgility imaging system.
  5. Troubleshoot any issues or errors with the imaging system and provide timely resolution to minimize disruptions for clients.
  6. Train and mentor team members on the use and optimization of Kofax TotalAgility and the Mortgage Cadence platform.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the imaging system with other mortgage lending software and systems.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security standards in the use of the imaging system.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on the performance and utilization of the imaging system to management and clients.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Kofax TotalAgility and the Mortgage Cadence platform, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and team members.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the mortgage lending workflow using the imaging system.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any client concerns or issues related to the imaging system.
  13. Collaborate with other Accenture teams to provide seamless delivery of services to clients.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Kofax TotalAgility imaging system for mortgage lending processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Kofax Totalagility Imaging Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Origination Processes And Workflows.

  • Experience With Data Mapping, Extraction, And Validation Techniques.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Kofax Totalagility.
