
Procurement Practice Associate Manager (Human Resources)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Practice Associate Manager (Human Resources) to join our dynamic team at Accenture. - Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Human Resources department in line with company objectives and policies.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for goods and services needed by the Human Resources department.
- Manage the procurement budget and ensure cost savings and efficiency targets are met.
- Collaborate with Human Resources team to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage performance evaluations and contract renewals.
- Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high-quality and efficient procurement processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery timeliness.
- Stay updated on best practices in procurement and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on procurement activities and progress.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and cost savings.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management
Strong Understanding Of Human Resources Policies And Procedures
Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
