Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Practice Associate Manager (Human Resources) to join our dynamic team at Accenture. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement function for our Human Resources department, ensuring the efficient and effective sourcing of goods and services to support our business operations. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in procurement, as well as a deep understanding of human resources processes and procedures.   1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Human Resources department in line with company objectives and policies.
  2. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for goods and services needed by the Human Resources department.
  3. Manage the procurement budget and ensure cost savings and efficiency targets are met.
  4. Collaborate with Human Resources team to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all procurement activities.
  7. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage performance evaluations and contract renewals.
  9. Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high-quality and efficient procurement processes.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery timeliness.
  11. Stay updated on best practices in procurement and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on procurement activities and progress.
  13. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate financial reporting.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  15. Uphold Accenture's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
