RPA Automation Sr. Analyst

Accenture is looking for an experienced and highly motivated RPA Automation Sr. Analyst to join our team. The RPA Automation Sr. Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to automate business processes, as well as implementing, configuring, testing, and maintaining robotic processes for clients. This role requires a solid understanding of the technologies and processes related to Robotic Process Automation and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, including design, coding, and implementation of automation solutions• Advanced knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism• In-depth knowledge of the principles of automation and scripting• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies to automate business processes in accordance with RPA best practices.
2. Configure, test and maintain robotic processes for various clients.
3. Implement RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
4. Provide technical guidance and support for RPA development.

7. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful development and deployment of automation solutions.
8. Analyze and optimize current automation processes.
9. Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends and technologies.
10. Maintain a repository of all automated processes.
