RPA Automation Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RPA automation solutions to simplify and improve processes. • Leverage expertise in one or more automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Analyze existing processes and develop new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients. • Design and maintain documentation for automation processes and systems. • Proactively identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in RPA software and processes. • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful implementations of automation solutions. • Monitor automation solutions to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. • Provide training and support to end users on RPA automation solutions.
