- Lead and manage the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic solutions using SAP technology.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for AMS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional experts, to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the AMS team, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.

Extensive Sap Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience Working With Various Sap Modules, Including Sap S/4Hana, Ecc, Crm, Bw, And Other Relevant Technologies.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Ams Lead Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Sap Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Clients. They Should Also Have Experience In Stakeholder Management And Conflict Resolution.
