  1. Lead and manage the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic solutions using SAP technology.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for AMS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional experts, to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the AMS team, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.
  7. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project plans and solutions for clients.
  8. Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate updates and issues to key stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
  10. Take accountability for the overall success of AMS projects, including client satisfaction, project profitability, and team performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sap Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience Working With Various Sap Modules, Including Sap S/4Hana, Ecc, Crm, Bw, And Other Relevant Technologies.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ams Lead Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Sap Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Clients. They Should Also Have Experience In Stakeholder Management And Conflict Resolution.

  • Sap Certifications: The Candidate Should Have Relevant Sap Certifications In Areas Such As Sap S/4Hana, Ecc, And Other Relevant Modules. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Sap Platform And Its Various Components.

  • Understanding Of Itil Framework: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Itil Framework And Its Application In An Sap Environment. This Includes Experience In Incident Management, Change Management, And Problem Management Processes.
