Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Ariba/Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team at Accenture.   1. Oversee the indirect procurement process through SAP Ariba, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  3. Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP Ariba tools and processes to optimize procurement operations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable contract terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Monitor market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities for the organization.
  6. Manage vendor performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Train and mentor team members on SAP Ariba and indirect procurement best practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in SAP Ariba technology to recommend and implement process improvements.
  10. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  12. Adhere to budgetary constraints and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to procurement.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Knowledge Of Sap Ariba And Other Procurement Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Ariba And Other Procurement Systems, With Experience In Implementing And Managing These Systems In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proficiency In Indirect Procurement Processes: The Sap Ariba/Indirect Procurement Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Indirect Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, And Purchase-To-Pay.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Leading And Managing Complex Projects Related To Sap Ariba And Indirect Procurement. The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Them On Time And Within Budget.

  • Experience In Stakeholder Management: As A Manager, This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage These Relationships And Ensure Successful Project Outcomes.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Knowledgeable About Industry Best Practices In Indirect Procurement And Have The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Process Improvements And Cost Savings. This Includes Staying Updated On The Latest Trends And Developments In The Procurement And Supply Chain Industry.
