4. Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure successful project delivery.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP IBP to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
7. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
8. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members.
9. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team and across departments.
11. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP and provide guidance and support to other team members.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
13. Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
14. Represent Accenture and the SAP IBP practice in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
15. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the SAP IBP field.
16. Act as a mentor for junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
