  1. Implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors suite of products for clients.
  2. Understand and assess client's business goals and align with appropriate SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  3. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  4. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on HR processes and technology to clients.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  6. Continuously stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions and technology advancements.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks during implementation and provide effective solutions.
  9. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of SAP SuccessFactors products.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance client experience.
  11. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver projects within budget.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation for all projects and deliverables.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and enhance overall team performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Successfactors Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Successfactors Implementation Projects, With A Strong Understanding Of The Entire Suite Of Modules And Their Integration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Performance Management, Talent Management, And Learning And Development.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Sap Successfactors Implementation Projects, Including Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource Management, And Risk Mitigation.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In System Configuration, Data Migration, And Customization Of Sap Successfactors Modules. Knowledge Of Sap Hcm Modules And Integration With Other Erp Systems Is Also Desirable.

  • Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships. The Ability To Understand And Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
