  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  2. Identify and prospect new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  5. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of Accenture's Salesforce solutions.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  8. Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in the Salesforce platform.
  10. Provide timely and thorough reporting on sales activities and results.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Accenture's values and brand in all interactions with clients.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
  15. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

  • Extensive Salesforce Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Technologies And Solutions, With At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Managing Salesforce Projects.
