  1. Utilize expertise in Tibco and Java technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients' projects.
  2. Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality results and ensure project success.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for effectively utilizing Tibco and Java technologies in projects.
  4. Stay updated on new and emerging technologies in the Tibco and Java space to continuously improve and innovate.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
  6. Mentor and train junior team members on Tibco and Java technologies.
  7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tibco and Java.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  11. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards project success.
  12. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
  13. Provide recommendations and insights for process improvements and optimization.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Tibco and Java technologies.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tibco And Java Technologies: A Tibco/Java Lead Consultant At Accenture Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Both Tibco And Java Technologies. This Includes Experience With Tibco Businessworks, Tibco Ems, Java Ee, And Related Frameworks.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Projects: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing Projects Using Tibco And Java Technologies. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Resource Allocation, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Project Milestones.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Lead Consultant, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Clients.

  • Ability To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship: A Tibco/Java Lead Consultant Should Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members. This Includes Conducting Code Reviews, Resolving Technical Issues, And Providing Training And Support To Team Members.
