  1. Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for clients.
  2. Utilize deep knowledge and experience with Workday West to manage complex payroll processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their payroll needs and requirements.
  4. Review and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Mentor and train team members on payroll processes and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to payroll processing.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll processes.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
  11. Monitor and track payroll metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Take ownership of payroll projects, ensuring they are completed within designated timelines and budget.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Payroll Module And Its Integration With Other Workday Modules Such As Time Tracking And Benefits.

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience As A Workday Payroll Lead, Managing Large-Scale Payroll Implementations For Clients.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Payroll Processing And Tax Regulations In Multiple Countries, Including The Us, Canada, And Europe.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead A Team Of Payroll Analysts To Deliver High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.

  • Workday Payroll Certification And Experience Working With Workday's Latest Features And Updates.
