Food Safety Coordinator

Food Safety Coordinator will execute Ace Endico’s Food Safety program to ensure compliance with pertinent government regulations set forth by FDA, USDA and State of New York. (SSOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Document Control. Ensures the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program, including HACCP Plan, Preventive Controls, Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), Sanitation Standard Operating. Procedures (SSOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Document Control, complies with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and government regulations set forth by the FDA, USDA and State of New York. Serve as Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) to oversee the hazard analysis, preventive control process and food safety plan. Responsible maintenance of Ace Endico’s Food Safety Plans. Must be able to identify deficiencies and implement new strategies. Respond to customer safety and quality concerns as needed. Participate with Seafood department in the ongoing development, improvement and support of FSQA processes and HACCP Plans. Execute product recalls.
