  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
  14. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance security measures.
  15. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Strategies: A Successful Asset Protection Specialist At Ace Hardware Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies To Reduce Inventory Shrinkage And Prevent Theft.

  • Experience In Retail Security: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Security, Including Monitoring Cctv Cameras, Conducting Store Audits, And Responding To Security Incidents.
