1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the right products for their needs.
3. Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
7. Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
9. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service.
11. Communicate and work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and services.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
