1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cashier team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times by setting and enforcing high standards for the cashier team.
3. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
