  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the checkout process at Ace Hardware.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  4. Train and supervise a team of cashiers to uphold company standards and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Monitor and maintain cash register and handling procedures.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  8. Keep track of inventory and restock checkout supplies as needed.
  9. Create and implement efficient and effective checkout procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers with their purchases.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • Experience In Cash Handling And Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Head Cashier Role At Ace Hardware Should Have Prior Experience In Handling Cash, Processing Transactions, And Managing Cashiers' Activities.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Head Cashier, You Will Be Responsible For Supervising The Cashiers And Ensuring That Customers Are Provided With Excellent Service. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills Are A Must For This Role.
