As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is always tidy and inviting for our valued customers. 1. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
2. Use proper cleaning techniques and products to ensure all surfaces and areas are thoroughly sanitized.
3. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily tasks.
4. Work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet daily cleaning goals and maintain a timely schedule.
5. Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
6. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and fellow employees.
7. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing cleaning duties.
8. Assist in setting up and organizing displays and merchandise as needed.
9. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
10. Uphold the company's standards of exceptional customer service and contribute to creating a welcoming and inviting shopping experience.
11. Attend and participate in training and meetings as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
13. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and store layout to provide helpful assistance to customers.
14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
