- Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all areas of the store, including aisles, restrooms, and break rooms, are kept clean and presentable.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering questions when needed.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
- Ensure all store displays and merchandise are clean and free of dust and debris.
- Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Previous Experience In Housekeeping: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Housekeeping, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Setting, Is Required For This Position. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Cleaning Techniques And The Ability To Work Independently.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Housekeeping - 3Rd Shift Job At Ace Hardware. This Includes Being Thorough In Cleaning And Organizing All Areas Of The Store, As Well As Spotting And Addressing Any Maintenance Issues.
Physical Stamina: Housekeeping Involves Physical Labor, Such As Lifting And Moving Furniture, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Time Management Skills: With A Limited Amount Of Time To Complete Tasks Before The Store Opens, Candidates Must Have Strong Time Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively. This Includes Being Able To Work Efficiently While Maintaining High Standards Of Cleanliness.
