Welcome to Ace Hardware! We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Legal Contracts Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Our ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of legal contracts.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration within Ace Hardware's legal team.
  2. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies in regards to contracts.
  3. Act as the point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues.
  4. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for contract creation and execution.
  6. Maintain organized and accurate contract records and files.
  7. Monitor and track contract deadlines and provide timely reminders to relevant parties.
  8. Communicate and negotiate with external parties on contract terms and conditions.
  9. Develop and implement standard contract templates and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to contracts and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  11. Conduct regular audits of contract processes to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Train and educate other team members on contract administration best practices.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the legal team and other departments to ensure smooth and timely contract processes.
  14. Provide support to legal team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration Or A Legal Support Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
