
Legal Contracts Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. - Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration within Ace Hardware's legal team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies in regards to contracts.
- Act as the point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for contract creation and execution.
- Maintain organized and accurate contract records and files.
- Monitor and track contract deadlines and provide timely reminders to relevant parties.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties on contract terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement standard contract templates and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to contracts and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of contract processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate other team members on contract administration best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between the legal team and other departments to ensure smooth and timely contract processes.
- Provide support to legal team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration Or A Legal Support Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Legal Terminology.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
