5. Follow safety guidelines and procedures while assembling grills.
6. Communicate any issues or concerns with grill parts or assembly process to supervisor.
7. Meet production deadlines and quotas set by management.
8. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring grills are assembled accurately and efficiently.
9. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of grill parts and reporting any shortages or damages.
10. Continuously improve assembly processes and techniques to increase efficiency and quality.
11. Train new employees on grill assembly procedures and techniques.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Ace Hardware.
14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
15. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
