- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure successful project implementation.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for retail development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project strategies.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors involved in retail development projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Construction Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Development Processes, Including Site Selection, Entitlements, And Construction.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meeting Strict Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Internal And External Stakeholders.
