  7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  9. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products and customer service skills.
  10. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  11. Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  13. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers and team members.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Customer Service And Sales Techniques.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Retail Sales Associate And Cashier, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis.   • Attention To Detail: As A Cashier, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Cash And Credit Card Transactions Accurately And Efficiently. They Should Have Strong Math Skills And Pay Close Attention To Detail To Prevent Any Errors In The Transaction Process.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Retail Environments Can Be Fast-Paced, Especially During Peak Hours And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure, Multitask, And Prioritize Tasks Effectively To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
