- Use effective sales techniques to identify and fulfill customers’ power tool needs, including recommending appropriate STIHL equipment and accessories.
- Assist customers in comparing and contrasting different STIHL products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any questions or concerns and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
