• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and promotions to effectively assist customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor
• Act as a brand ambassador for Ace Hardware, promoting the company's values and mission to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
