  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Assist customers with locating and selecting products, providing information and recommendations as needed
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit/debit card payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed neatly
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about new products and promotions, and share knowledge with customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees
  • Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, anticipating their needs, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive attitude and in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, as needed.
