- Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to improve email deliverability processes and systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding email deliverability concerns and inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to improve their email deliverability rates.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Email Deliverability Best Practices And Experience With Managing Large Email Lists.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Email Deliverability Reporting And Analysis Tools.
Familiarity With Email Marketing Platforms, Such As Activecampaign, And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Marketing, Sales, And Engineering Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Email Deliverability Management, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.
