Monitor game servers and ensure smooth operation at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to game servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve player concerns.
Maintain a deep understanding of the game and its mechanics to effectively support players.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent them from occurring.
Provide timely and effective communication to players regarding server updates and maintenance.
Monitor player feedback and work with the development team to implement improvements.
Work with the customer support team to address and resolve player inquiries and issues.
Continuously analyze and evaluate server performance to improve player experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to suggest innovative solutions for server operations.
Participate in the development and testing of new game features and updates.
Train and mentor junior team members on server operations and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the community management team to engage with players and gather feedback.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for server operations.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure server stability and performance.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Live Operations In The Gaming Industry: The Live Ops Specialist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Live Operations, Including Player Engagement, Monetization Strategies, And Community Management. They Should Also Be Aware Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Experience With Game Development And Publishing: Candidates Should Have Experience Working In Game Development Or Publishing, With A Deep Understanding Of The Game Development Process. This Will Help Them Understand The Needs Of The Development Team And Effectively Communicate With Them.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Live Ops Specialists Should Be Able To Analyze Player Data And Metrics To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Effective Strategies To Enhance Player Engagement And Monetization.
