
Business Solutions Analyst
Collaboration with product owners in conceptualizing, interpreting, and analyzing requirements to align with end-to-end business processes and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our analytics and finance reporting systems. Business requirements gathering and process analysis: detailing current and desired/future state business processes, identifying gaps, outlining impacts, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements. Maintains and continuously improves Customer Success and Renewal processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics (or) Salesforce, Gainsight, and related sales and marketing enterprise applications. Hands-on configuration in Gainsight and CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics) platforms. Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes. Interface on a day-to-day basis with other business system analysts, enterprise architects, business users, engineers, and IT managers to support business operations.
7+years of equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with Enterprise Sales, Customers Success Management, and Renewal business processes and applications
Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Ability to remain calm while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast paced environment
