  1. Manage and grow corporate accounts: The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing corporate accounts and growing them through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders: The candidate will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the corporate accounts, including executives, managers, and end-users.
  3. Drive revenue growth: The primary objective of the Corporate Account Manager will be to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for new business and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  4. Conduct sales activities: This role will involve conducting sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  5. Understand customer needs: The candidate will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and pain points of each corporate account and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: The Corporate Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach in serving the corporate accounts.
  7. Monitor market trends: The candidate will be expected to stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Meet sales targets: The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service: The candidate will be the primary point of contact for the corporate accounts and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate records: The Corporate Account Manager will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, account information, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  11. Attend industry events: The candidate may be required to attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Adobe's products and services.
  12. Continuously improve: The candidate will be expected to continuously improve their knowledge of Adobe's products and services, sales techniques, and industry

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Successful Business Partnerships.
