- Develop and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Resilience strategy for Adobe, in collaboration with key stakeholders and departments.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for identifying and assessing potential risks, and creating action plans to mitigate and respond to them.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure business continuity.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in resilience, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies or technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test crisis management plans, and ensure alignment with overall resilience strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed on potential threats and mitigation strategies.
- Communicate and educate employees at all levels on resilience and risk management best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Enterprise Resilience program, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for all resilience-related matters, providing guidance and support to various departments and teams.
- Lead and participate in disaster recovery and crisis management exercises and simulations to test the organization's response capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of resilience efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on the organization's resilience efforts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage the Enterprise Resilience budget and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Foster a culture of resilience and preparedness throughout the organization.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Resilience Planning And Implementation: A Director Of Enterprise Resilience At Adobe Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Executing Resilience Strategies At An Enterprise Level. This Includes Experience In Risk Assessment, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning, And Disaster Recovery.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Enterprise Resilience, Such As Iso 22301, Nist Cybersecurity Framework, And Gdpr. They Should Also Be Able To Stay Updated On Emerging Trends And Best Practices In The Field.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Director, This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Projects Effectively. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Setting Goals And Objectives, And Delivering Results In A Timely Manner.
