Job Description

Adobe is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as Director, Partner Sales. If you are an enthusiastic and motivated leader with a proven track record of success in sales and business development, we want to speak with you! In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy of our partners through effective leadership, relationship building, and product knowledge.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or software company. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy for Adobe's partners.
  2. Build and maintain successful relationships with partner organizations.
  3. Provide product knowledge to partners and stay up-to-date on product updates and changes.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  5. Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and recommend adjustments.
  7. Create and present reports to executive leadership.
  8. Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners.
  9. Provide feedback and make suggestions to improve sales processes.
  10. Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
